Manage My Health is a Computer tool which Waimate Medical Centre is starting to use.
This “ patient portal” is accessed through our website HERE. http://www.managemyhealth.co.nz
Once set up you will be able to look at your results and (as we become more adept at using the tool) – we will increasingly improve your access to your medial information. Electronic bookings and repeat prescription requests will also make life easier for you if you would like to use this
(Don’t worry, you will still be able to phone to book as usual if that is your preference).
Your Privacy is essential so we will need to talk to you if you would like to have Manage My Health. Pamphlets are available at reception. Just ask if you are interested.
